iHandel Recharge • BBPS • API Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iHandel platform, including Recharge, BBPS services, wallet usage and API integrations.
1. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Fake, misleading or unauthorized account registrations are strictly prohibited.
2. OTP Verification & Approval
Accounts may require OTP verification and admin approval before activation. iHandel reserves the right to approve, reject or suspend any account.
3. Wallet Usage
Users may add funds to their wallet to perform transactions. Wallet balances, credits, debits and settlements are tracked within the platform. Users are responsible for verifying wallet balances before transactions.
4. Transactions
Recharge, DTH and BBPS transactions depend on operator and provider availability. Successful submission does not guarantee successful completion if operator services fail.
5. API Usage
API access is provided only to approved users. API credentials including keys and secrets must remain confidential. Misuse, abuse or unauthorized sharing may result in suspension.
6. Security
Users are responsible for account security, password confidentiality and API protection. iHandel supports IP whitelisting and additional security measures for safe access.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for eligible failed or pending transactions according to operator and service provider policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
iHandel shall not be liable for losses caused by incorrect user input, operator downtime, third-party failures or network interruptions.
9. Policy Changes
iHandel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued platform usage indicates acceptance of updated terms.
